The 2nd Antiviral Conference Dinner will take place in the Skywalk restaurant at the top of Boston’s Prudential Tower, on Monday 12th November 2012.
The entire Skywalk has a 360 degree view of the city of Boston. Among the sites to see from the 50th floor are downtown Boston and the Financial District, Trinity Church, Logan Airport, Boston Harbor and the Islands, Back Bay, the Charles River, Cambridge, the
South End, the JFK Library, Fenway Park, the Christian Science Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts and Symphony Hall.
Tickets for the conference dinner can be purchased online, through the conference registration system. Tickets are $70 and include transportation to/from dinner, a 3 course meal with wine and views across Boston from the top of the Prudential Tower.
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Symposium Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Symposium Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday 28th September 2012, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday 12th October 2012, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday 12th October, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
